How to book
Our concierge team are delighted to help you book your treatment at our Kensington Spa and soon to open, our Fulham Spa. Both are open every day between 8am and 8pm daily.

Pre-booking is essential to ensure you are able to receive your preferred Spa treatment and time.
All charges can be settled with the concierge directly by credit or debit card, or added to your monthly resident account.
Checking in at the Spa
Please check in for your treatment at our concierge hubs located on the lower ground floor. Our friendly team will provide you with a warm welcome, help you prepare for your treatment and introduce you to your therapist. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow enough time to complete your consultation form.
To make the most of your experience, please bring your bathrobe, swimwear and suitable footwear.

Cancellation Policy
We completely understand there are times you may need to reschedule. The following fees may apply:
• No charges will be applied for any cancellation with over 12 hours’ notice given.
• Between 2 and 12 hours prior to your appointment – 50% charge applied.
• Less than 2 hours prior to appointment – 100% charge applied.
You must speak in person to the concierge to cancel and not leave a message which may not be picked up until later.
Spa Etiquette
We would like to ask you to respect the private and relaxing atmosphere and therefore refrain from using mobile phones within our Spa area. We also recommend not to consume any alcohol prior your treatment.
Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. We therefore recommend that you leave jewellery and any other valuable items in your apartment.

Drown Alert System
For your safety, our vitality pools have a special Drown Alert system installed. This works with a chip enabled wristband which will be given to you at the concierge hub. Our Concierge or Spa and Fitness Instructor will explain exactly how it works.

Changing rooms
Our changing rooms have private changing areas, showers and lockers and are fully equipped with a range of toiletries, towels and fresh water.
